Garrett developed an interest in chiropractic at an early age. It was after he sustained a sports injury, that Dr. Garrett discovered chiropractic. Initially, Dr. Garrett went to a chiropractor for his back pain, but in the process of recovery from his back pain, he realized his chronic sinus infections had disappeared. After getting his Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Exercise and Health Science with pre-chiropractic emphasis, Dr. Garrett enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer, he went to Madagascar for a humanitarian trip abroad to offer chiropractic care to those in need.
